Wright Brothers was selected as the General Contractor for the Westview Lofts family community Phase I and Phase II (currently under construction). Phase I brought a new 50-unit affordable housing complex to Caldwell near the Sky Ranch Business Park. The family complex will include one-, two- and three-bedroom units among three residential buildings, as well as a clubhouse. The complex will offer 45 units for those classified as low income, as well as five units rented at full-market price. Of the affordable units, three will be permanent supportive housing units, targeted toward extremely low-income people and veterans.
