About
Meet the Team Focused on Total Project Success
Wright Brothers, a third-generation Idaho company, was founded in 1956 by Lawrence and Damien Wright in Rupert, Idaho. Today, led by Zach Higgins, Trevor Wright, and Robert Grubb, our values remain unchanged: no project is too big or small, technology fuels our success, and we’re dedicated to bettering the communities we serve.
Incorporated in 1986, Wright Brothers has been a cornerstone in building Southwestern Idaho. Today our expertise extends beyond Idaho holding licenses in 17 states. Handling more than 30 active projects at any given time we remain true community partners, serving our clients from $10,000 remodels to $60 million ground-up buildings with the same dedication, timeliness, and budget adherence.
A fast-growing firm with diverse tools and in-house expertise, we’re committed to progressive practices—crafting high-performance, eco-friendly buildings while upholding cutting-edge technology and stringent safety standards.
Beyond construction, we take pride in serving as partners beyond building by actively contributing to our community. We’re building the future for the fourth generation of Wright Brothers employees, their families, and their cities.
Eric Winans
In 2019, we entered into our ownership journey with Eric Winans, a longtime Wright Brothers employee and true friend. He spent his entire career at the company and worked, as he lived, with honesty, integrity, and unwavering commitment. Eric passed away in 2022, but the work he did for Wright Brothers, and the culture he helped build, will never fade.
