Wright Brothers has maintained a lasting relationship with New Beginnings Housing since 2008, building seven “Vineyard” multi-family and senior living apartment complexes throughout the Treasure Valley and working on over 1,500 units together. Each complex includes multiple buildings with each building having 30 to 50 units. Size of the projects will range from 30,000 to 50,000+ SF, and cover anywhere from 1.5 to 3 acres. Each Vineyard project is a tax-credit, Davis Bacon, and/or Section 3 housing complex.
The Vineyard at Broadmore was the first low-income housing built in Star, Idaho and was a finalist for the 2018 Idaho Top Project Award – Private Category.
