This 3,000 SF Tenant Improvement saw a prior bank building completely converted into full-service fast-food restaurant. Renovations included exterior stucco and addition of awnings and paint. Interior modifications, included demolition of bank components and addition of complete restaurant buildout to Popeye’s franchise standards.
