Business Interiors

Located in central Downtown Boise, this project had minimal parking or staging areas and followed a phased construction plan to keep normal business hours open. This was a 6,000 SF extensive remodel of the first and second floors of a historic building in the heart of Boise. The trusses were strengthened through welding to support rooftop solar panels. The interior of the space was gutted and achieved an industrial look by installing drop ceiling and laying polished concrete floors throughout. Large floor to ceiling windows were replaced and fabrication and installation of nine awnings along the building were constructed.
