This project involved the full interior renovation of the new downtown Boise steakhouse at the Inn at 500 Capitol, transforming the former Richard’s space into a refined, modern dining venue. Significant pre-construction coordination was conducted to align budget with design intent and client priorities. Once key design elements were finalized, procurement began immediately to secure long-lead materials and assemblies, supporting timely delivery and schedule adherence. Throughout construction, we monitored critical milestones tied to the client’s lease obligations, ultimately completing and turning over the project several days ahead of the planned substantial completion date while maintaining the approved budget.
