Wright Brothers was selected as the Construction Manager to double the Eagle City Hall in size and provide necessary updates to its structure and office spaces. Throughout the project, ongoing supply chain issues were addressed by proactively identifying materials with longer lead times and shifting workflows to accommodate challenging and overlapping schedules. All options were presented in a collaborative workflow with value-engineering implemented providing the City with an organized process that fulfilled all public requirements and kept the project under budget.
