Team Mazda

This $4.05 million tenant improvement and addition project involved the renovation of a 37,085 SF existing automotive dealership. Scope included front- and back-of-house areas, service lounge, service drive, and shop, as well as the addition of a 700 SF jewel box featuring a two-story vehicle display elevator. Work also included removal of existing exterior siding and installation of brand-specific ACM panels. To maintain uninterrupted operations, Wright Brothers relocated sales, service advisors, and service management staff to temporary facilities throughout construction. The project team collaborated closely with ownership, the architect, general manager, service manager, and Mazda brand inspectors, delivering the project eight months ahead of schedule and on budget while meeting or exceeding brand standards
