Meridian’s first affordable-housing development in 20 years has 46 apartments arranged in seven two-story buildings designed to resemble single-family homes. Approved by the Meridian City Council in 2022, it was designed with goal of addressing housing shortages in the Treasure Valley. The units are comprised of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units and the complex includes a 2,500 SF community building, along with associated landscaping and site improvements. Total building area is approximately 48,335 SF.
