Wright Brothers was selected as the General Contractor for the Westview Lofts family community Phase I and Phase II. Phase I brought a new 50-unit affordable housing complex to Caldwell near the Sky Ranch Business Park. The family complexes include one-, two- and three bedroom units among three residential buildings, as well as a clubhouse. The complex will offer 45 units for those classified as low income, as well as five units rented at full-market price. Phase II includes two more three-story apartments consisting of 30 units total and associated site work.
