The Rosewood Premier Apartments are an addition to the existing Rosewood multifamily complex. The three new buildings, each three stories, created an additional 66 living units and offered floor plan options for one, two and three bedrooms. The addition includes 67,000 square feet of living space including an outdoor patio with a fire pit and outdoor carports. The Premier apartments feature high end, modern finishes, stainless-steel appliances, tall and vaulted ceilings, and quiet, energy efficient mechanical systems.
Designed by local architects TAO, (The Architects Office), and constructed by Idaho based Wright Brothers, The Building Company, the three buildings made a beautiful addition to the luxury complex. Constructed with highly durable materials, and designed to meet the highest standards for accessibility, the addition was built to not only endure Idaho’s harsh conditions but provide a high quality of living for residents for years to come.
The project was constructed from the ground up, starting with significant excavation and modification to expand the existing civil and utility systems, with Wright Brothers completing all work from start to finish. The final site includes paved, covered parking, concrete flatwork and extensive landscaping to provide outdoor shaded recreational space.
Despite challenges presented by the global pandemic, the project was successfully completed in September of 2020 and is now offering leasable space to Boise residents.
