  • Location | Caldwell, ID

Wright Brothers was selected to be the Design-Builder for a school music hall and classroom addition for the STEAM public charter MOSAICS school in Caldwell, Idaho. The 3,200 SF new building houses the music and band classroom. The goal was to design and construct a cost effective yet quality facility that seamlessly merged the existing school and new building while providing maximum benefit to each student with access to a high-quality education. Electrical systems tie-ins were creatively thought through and current capacity was utilized versus traditional methods of new installation. The band and music room acoustics were re-imagined by identifying cost-effective materials that produced the same effect. Mechanical systems were analyzed to acquire best and cost effective materials in a tight time-frame. Through this due diligence, Wright Brothers was able to save $170,000 for the public school.
