Canyon Terrace Apartments

The Canyon Terraces Apartments is an 86,100 SF six-building, 81-unit multi-family complex located at 3921 E Comstock Ave, Nampa, ID 83687. This unique project brought together Idaho Housing and Finance, the Nampa School District and Saint Alphonsus/Trinity Health organizations to bring much-needed affordable housing to Canyon County. It was a pleasure to work with community-minded partners to provide a complex that rents to families at 60% Area Median Income or less with 15 units reserved for families experiencing homelessness in the Nampa School District.
