Alpine Landing is a 7-acre build-to-rent community in Garden City featuring 43 buildings along State Street. It offers a mix of multifamily (5-, 6-, and 7-plexes), duplexes (2- and 3-story), and single-family homes with garages, private yards, and shared amenities like a playground, outdoor kitchen, walking paths along Dry Creek Canal, and a dog park. As an added scope, the developer acquired a neighboring property for use as a leasing office in early 2024. Wright Brothers collaborated with the owner’s rep to define the renovation scope, secure pricing, and complete the work within a month of notice to proceed. All work was completed without delaying the main project schedule.
