After completing the original school in 2018, Wright Brothers was once again selected to be the design-builder to complete a $3 million, 7,200 SF addition to the St. Ignatius school in 2024. The addition included two separate buildings. The first includes 4 separate classrooms for Art, Music, Spanish and flex learning, as well as two offices and private restroom. The second building was built to be used for after school programs and includes both men’s and women’s restrooms. With cooperation between Wright Brothers, owners, staff, and design team, the addition was able to be built with minimal disruption to ongoing school sessions. The two additions were delivered on-budge and one month ahead of schedule during the 2024 Fall Session and fully occupied school.
