Delivered as a Design-Build project, this improvement included the design and installation of a new synthetic turf field tailored to the District’s athletic programs, branding, and usage needs. Scope of work encompassed removal of the existing natural grass field and irrigation system, design and installation of a comprehensive drainage solution to manage stormwater and groundwater, and installation of new field goal posts and soccer goals. Design development and selections were completed in Spring 2025, with construction commencing immediately following track season. The field was completed and fully operational by Summer 2025, in advance of Nyssa High School’s first home football game of the 2025–2026 school year.
