Emmett High School Turf Replacement

Wright Brothers was selected as the Design-Builder for the replacement of the Emmett High School football field, completed in advance of the 2025–2026 school year. The project team collaborated closely with the District to deliver a multi-sport facility serving both school and community needs. Key challenges included resolving drainage constraints and evaluating turf versus sod options to support informed, cost-effective decision-making. Delivered under an accelerated schedule, the project was completed prior to the first football game. Proactive material procurement and adaptive sequencing mitigated ongoing supply chain challenges, while a collaborative, value-driven approach ensured schedule certainty and successful project delivery.
